Powered by Western Digital, the first Autumn 2018 edition of the CyberGamer Premier League will kick off tomorrow, featuring eight of Australia's top teams on the battlefield.
The online tournament will run for seven weeks from February 12 to March 27, utilizing a BO2 round-robin format, allowing all teams to face each other at least once.
Seven teams received an invite to the professional division including reigning 2017 champion Chiefs. The remaining spot was captured by Corvidae, following their 2-0 victory against Riotous in the Last Chance Qualifier.
After the completion of the online phase, the top four teams will advance to the LAN Finals, held at the organizer's studios in Adelaide, Australia (April 6-8).

The four teams at the offline component will be given $1,250 AUD (~$975) travel assistance each, and a share of the $15,000 AUD (~$11,710) prize pool at stake. The prize distribution can be found below:
1. $7,500 AUD (~$5,860)
2. $3,500 AUD (~$2,730)
3. $2,000 AUD (~$1,560)
4. $2,000 AUD (~$1,560)
